Breathing Exercise

Aerobic exercises are a perfect remedy for weight loss. These exercises not only reduce your fat, but also help increase your muscular endurance. Additionally, your body requires an increased flow of oxygen to lose weight- this is why aerobics exercise is the most beneficial way of losing excess fat.


While both aerobic and anaerobic exercise have their place in a well-rounded fitness routine, anaerobic exercise like HIIT can be more effective for fat loss.

The reason anaerobic interval training works so much better is that it requires the body to adapt metabolically—your body is forced to burn fat to sustain the level of intensity being asked of it. It also elevates energy use for more than 24 hours post-workout, which has a dramatic effect on belly fat loss.
